    Sue has 25 years experience as a Certified Speech-Language Pathologist in a variety of scholastic, outpatient clinical, and hospital settings. Originally from New England, she received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Disorders with a Minor in Spanish from Pennsylvania State University. She received her Master of Arts degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Indiana University. Sue has completed post-graduate training in Orofacial Myofunctional Disorders through the Academy of
    \nOrofacial Myofunctional Therapy under the direction of Joy L Moeller, B.S., R.D.H., the International Association of Orofacial Myology under the direction of Kristie Gatto, M.A., CCC-SLP, COM\u00ae, and The Breathe Institute under the direction of Saroush Zaghi, MD, Sanda Valcu-Pinkerton, COM\u00ae and Leyli Norouz-Knutsen.<\/p>\n

    Sue is consistently taking Continuing Education classes to maintain her certification as a Certified Orofacial Myologist and better serve her patients. She has earned the ASHA Award for Continuing Education multiple times and graduated with honors from The Breathe Institute Myomasterminds program. She has experience evaluating and treating clients with a wide range of disorders and therapy needs from childhood to adulthood with a specialization in Orofacial Myofunctional Disorders and Articulation Disorders.<\/p>\n

    Sue is not only a therapist, but a mother and wife as well. She understands first-hand how the health and well-being of all ages within the home is important for the entire family dynamic.<\/p>\n<\/div>

Born and raised in Houston, Tx, she received her Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Disorders from Stephen F. Austin State University. She received her Master of Science degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Texas Woman\u2019s University. Andrea has completed post-graduate training in Orofacial Myofunctional Disorders through the Academy of Orofacial Myofunctional Therapy under the direction of Joy L Moeller, B.S., R.D.H., the International Association of Orofacial Myology under the direction of Kristie Gatto, M.A., CCC-SLP, COM\u00ae, and Function Focus Academy under the direction of Mary Billings, M.S., CCC-SLP and Dianah Davidson B.S., RDH, COM\u00ae.<\/p>\n

    Andrea has extended her post-graduate training to include over 300 hours of continuing education specific to infant treatment. She has earned her International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) credential. Andrea is also a TummyTime!\u00ae Method trained professional, BabyMyo\u2122 trained professional, Feed the Peds\u00ae trained professional, TOTS Training\u00ae trained professional and Certified Educator of Infant Massage\u00ae. In order to offer a more integrative approach, Andrea has taken over 300 hours of manual therapy training including CranioSacral Therapy (CST), CranioSacral Fascial Therapy \u201cGillespie Approach\u201d (CFT) and The Vaughn Approach\u2122\ufe0fto Pediatric Bodywork, which she is able to incorporate into therapy as appropriate.<\/p>\n
